Pet Welfare for Dogs and Cats
How We're Helping
We are a 501(c)(3) pet welfare organization focused on keeping pets in their forever homes. We provide surrender prevention programs to low income pet owners.
- We provide emergency access to pet food.
- We subsidize and coordinate veterinary care.
- We also rescue displaced pets with medical or behavioral issues.
Priority is given to subsidization of vet care for local pets (dogs and cats) of low income residents of South Florida. We do consider appeals for vet care for pets of of other species if the need is very great.
Since 2009
- We have provided needed vet care for 800 pets
- We have fed 1,400 pets that otherwise would have gone hungry
- We have rescued and re-homed 375 pets
- We have collected/purchased and redistributed 56,000 pounds of pet food

Meet Honeybun
Honeybun - a 40 lb. American Bulldog - was hit by a car and fractured her back legs. We worked with Honeybun's owner and friends and family to subsidize her surgery.
Orthopedic surgery was expertly performed by Dr. Choi, DVM at Paws2Health Clinic in West Palm Beach. She is now healing - so send prayers if you are unable to send donations.
